What HAPPENED
In 1992?

Frank Greer

Bill Clinton AKA Charles Marcus

Frank Greer

Clearly, Bill and Hillary Clinton are callous and dishonest.  The evidence of the past decades also indicate they like to employ consultants with similar ethics.

What a team!

Frank Greer, who spent a life time in political media, was Clinton's  Media Coordinator for the 1992 campaign.  The Clinton Campaign was ready to throw in the towel and head back to Arkansas when Brock's proposal for PhoneVoter arrived.  Two male voices were on the call made to Phone Voter, the call taken by Brock.  One was identifed as Greer, the other as Charles Marcus.  But it was actually Clinton.  No one named Charles Marcus was working for Clinton in 1992.  They called because they were desperate and would try anything.  When they heard the price for a satellite up-link truck and all PVN Services was $150K per month with first and last rent up front, Greer countered with the fact the campaign only had $50,000 and asked what they could get for that.

Brock researched this for them and learned there was only one satellite Up-Link truck left available nation wide for $35,000 a month plus $15,000 for distibution to the news channels daily at 11:00AM EST.

'Marcus', or the fellow who had been introduced as such spoke up, saying, "There would be no money for gasoline for their bus.  Brock's reply was, "If you do this even without the call-in interactivity, the exposure will rapidly cause money to rain down from the sky on you."  Having supplied this information to them, and not wanting to face mistresses calling in, live, they went around Keystone and Brock's backs to rent the Up-Link Truck directly. Despite saverl further faxes both from Keystone and Brock we concluded they were not interested, throwing in the towel and heading back to Arkansas.

We were surprised soon that Clinton was shown on many evening news shows shaking hands with little old ladies in diners saying "I feel your pain, and will reinvent government." Our reaction to this was  to search for any other Up-Link Satellite trucks for other clients, and would not immediately charge him with hiding from mistresses.
Governor Jerry Brown directly confronted Clinton on a Democrat stage, live, sitting next to him, stating, "You are the most dishonest fellow I've ever met," and fuming that he was a coward unwilling to face hard questions from a nationwide audience."
Of course, the electorate did not quite know what Brown was talking about, but Brock had told him about this nasty encouter with Clinton.
