PhoneVoter 1996 Proposals

The document below was pieced together from left over copies to provide as complete as possible a reproduction of one copy of the  original proposal.  Some of the pages were printed to test how they worked, becoming 'seconds.' Originals were produced on a typewriter so changes were notated on unuseable copies and seconds then kept in a folder and scanned for the first time in 2017.
The programs offered for campaigns are still edge work for public relations today.  They also represent a clear intention to pursue a meaninful and revealing dialog between candidates and voters.  On the face of it, one would think this would have been welcomed by the GOP, but the fact presidential candidates were forbidden to use PhoneVoter or satellite while the Democratic Party had ensured it had its own network for 1995 - 1996, raises question which demand answers.
The graphics had faded but were produced by professionals in Southern California.
